# FAQ

> Common questions about connecting Ryze to Claude.

<AccordionGroup>
<Accordion title="Which Claude plan do I need?">
A paid plan — **Pro, Team, or Max**. The free plan doesn't support custom connectors.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Where do I find my connector URL?">
It's the same for everyone:

```
https://connector.get-ryze.ai/mcp
```

Add it as the **Remote MCP server URL** when setting up the connector. See [Connect Ryze to Claude](/claude/connect).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="I get "Authorization with the MCP server failed."">
1. In Claude, go to **Settings → Connectors** and remove the Ryze connector.
2. Add it again following [Connect Ryze to Claude](/claude/connect).
3. Open a **new chat** and try again.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="I get Error 2812 / a proxy error.">
Disconnect and reconnect the Ryze connector in Claude, then open a **brand-new chat** and retry. If it still fails, email [support@get-ryze.ai](mailto:support@get-ryze.ai) — your account may need proxy access enabled on our side.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Claude can't see my data.">
* Make sure the platform shows **Connected** under **Workspace Settings → Integrations**.
* Confirm you connected it in the **same workspace** you chose when connecting Claude.
* Start a **new chat** — newly connected platforms don't appear in older chats.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Will connecting Ryze change anything in my ad accounts?">
No — not without your say-so. Read-only tools just pull data. Write and delete tools can be set to **Needs approval**, so Claude asks before making any change. See [Permissions & Approvals](/claude/permissions).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I use the connector on a client's account?">
Yes. Create a workspace for that client, connect their accounts in it, then connect Claude to that workspace. Each workspace is isolated, so you can manage multiple clients from one Ryze account.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I manage all my accounts in one chat?">
Yes — connect them all to a single workspace and connect Claude to it. A workspace supports multiple accounts per platform, and you switch between them just by naming one in chat. See [Managing Multiple Accounts](/integrations/managing-multiple-accounts).
