# Connect Google Drive

> Connect Google Drive so you can hand the agent Sheets, Docs, and files you pick — to read, update, or create.

Google Drive connects with **OAuth** on your Google account. Once connected, you pick specific files from the chat composer and the agent can read them, update them, or create new ones — for example, reading a keyword list from a Sheet, or writing a report into a Doc.

## Connect in Ryze

    Go to **Workspace Settings → Integrations** and find the **Google Drive** card (under **Files**).

    Approve access. Ryze only works with the files you explicitly pick — it doesn't browse your Drive on its own.

You can also connect straight from the chat: click **Add to message** (the **+** button) in the composer and choose Google Drive — if Drive isn't connected yet, Ryze starts the connection and brings you back to the file picker afterwards.

## Using it in chat

Click **Add to message** in the composer, choose **Google Drive**, and pick one or more files in the Google picker. They're attached to your message, and the agent can read, update, or create files as you ask.

## Troubleshooting

* **Reconnect needed** — Google revoked the access (password change or a revoked app). Click **Reconnect**.
* **Picker shows no files** — you're signed in to Google with a different account than the one connected. Switch accounts in the picker, or connect the other Google account.
