# Connect StackAdapt

> Connect your StackAdapt API token so Ryze can manage your programmatic campaigns and pull delivery reporting.

StackAdapt connects with your **own API token**. Ryze uses it to read advertisers, campaigns, and delivery stats, and to create and manage campaigns, campaign groups, and ads via the StackAdapt GraphQL API.

<Note>
  StackAdapt issues API tokens **per account, on request** — there is no self-serve token page. The token carries your account's permissions, so Ryze can only touch what your StackAdapt seat can.
</Note>

## Step 1 — Request an API token

<Steps>
  <Step title="Contact StackAdapt">
    Ask your StackAdapt account manager (or [support](https://support.stackadapt.com)) for a **GraphQL API token** for your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the token">
    StackAdapt sends the token directly. Store it somewhere safe — treat it like a password.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Step 2 — Connect in Ryze

In **Workspace Settings → Integrations**, click **Connect** on the StackAdapt card, paste the token into the **API token** field, and click **Continue**. Ryze validates the token against your account before saving and shows the account email on the integration card.

## Troubleshooting

* **Token rejected** — confirm you received a GraphQL API token (the legacy REST token is being sunset) and that it was copied in full.
* **Unauthorized errors after connecting** — the token was revoked or rotated on StackAdapt's side. Request a fresh token and reconnect.
* **Missing campaigns or advertisers** — the token only sees what your StackAdapt account can; check your seat's permissions with your account manager.
