# Connect Zoho CRM

> Connect Zoho CRM with OAuth so Ryze can read and edit records, modules, and settings in your CRM.

Zoho CRM connects with **OAuth** — you sign in to Zoho and approve access, no keys to copy. Once connected, the agent can read and edit CRM records and modules, run queries, and work with your CRM data next to your marketing data.

## Connect in Ryze

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Integrations">
    Go to **Workspace Settings → Integrations** and find the **Zoho CRM** card (use the **CRM** filter).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect and sign in">
    You're sent to Zoho to sign in. Any Zoho data center works — US, EU, India, Australia and others. Ryze detects yours from the sign-in and routes requests to the right one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve access">
    Approve the requested access to CRM modules, settings, users, and organization details.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The card then shows **Connected** with your organization and data center. Access renews automatically — you don't need to reconnect on a schedule.

## Connect more than one organization

You can connect several Zoho CRM organizations to the same workspace. Click **Connect** again and sign in to the other one.

## Troubleshooting

* **Reconnect needed** — Zoho revoked the access (password change, admin revocation, or the Zoho user lost CRM access). Click **Reconnect**.
* **No data in answers** — the Zoho user you signed in with can't see those modules. Sign in with a user who can, or adjust the profile in Zoho.
