# Managed Campaigns

> Set a budget and a goal — the agent builds, launches, and manages your ads every day.

Managed Campaigns are autonomous. You set the mandate — budget, platforms, conversion goal, targeting, landing page — and the agent does the rest: creates the ads, launches them on your connected ad accounts, and reviews performance daily.

## How it works

1. **Create a campaign** — pick your daily budget, the platforms (and ad accounts) to run on, the conversion goal, and your landing page. If you pick more than one platform, you choose how the budget splits between them.
2. **The setup agent launches it** — it checks your landing page and conversion tracking, generates on-brand creatives, builds the campaign structure, and activates it. If anything needs your input, it pauses and asks you right on the campaign page.
3. **A manager reviews it daily** — it reads performance, pauses losers, shifts budget to winners inside your total, and rotates fresh creatives when the current ones fatigue. Anything beyond your mandate — a higher budget, a new platform, a different goal — becomes an approval you decide on.
4. **You watch Progress** — every run ends with a short report on the campaign page, and each entry links to the full agent chat.

## What the agent will never do

* Spend above the budget you set.
* Add platforms, widen targeting, or change your landing page on its own.
* Touch anything in your ad account outside the campaign it manages.

## Weekly report

Every Friday the manager emails the account owner a recap: spend, results, cost per result and ROAS versus last week, what it changed, and the plan for next week. If your Slack is connected, the recap lands there too.

## Pricing

Managed Campaigns are charged as a percent of actual ad spend, billed monthly on the last day of the calendar month. The rate starts at **5%** and steps down as your daily spend grows, down to a floor of **0.8%** from \$500k/day. The rate is marginal — each slice of spend is charged at its own bracket, so growing your budget never makes a previous dollar more expensive.

| Daily ad spend | Fee rate |
| ----------------------- | ----------- |
| Up to \$300/day | 5% |
| $300 – $1,400/day | 4.9% – 4.8% |
| $1,400 – $10,000/day | 4.7% – 4.4% |
| $10,000 – $100,000/day | 4.3% – 3.1% |
| $100,000 – $500,000/day | 3% – 0.9% |
| \$500,000+/day | 0.8% |

The exact fee for your budget is shown right under the budget field when you create a campaign — for example, $50/day is about $1,517/mo of ad spend and about \$76/mo in fees.

You only pay for spend the agent actually manages. Pausing or archiving a campaign stops its fees with it.

## Your consent

Before your first campaign, you confirm two things once per organization: that the agent may autonomously create ads and spend your advertising budget within each campaign's mandate, and that Ryze charges the management fee described above. Until then, no campaign can be created and nothing is spent.

## FAQ

**Can I stop it at any time?**
Yes — Pause on the campaign page stops all delivery on the platforms immediately. Archive ends the campaign for good; your ads and history stay in your ad account.

**What if the agent has a question?**
The campaign switches to "Needs your input" and shows the question on its page. Answer in the reply box and the agent picks up exactly where it stopped.

**Whose ad accounts does it use?**
Yours. The agent works inside the ad accounts you connected — spend goes to Meta or Google as usual, and everything it builds is visible in your Ads Manager.
