Backlinks are links from other sites pointing to yours. They're one of the strongest signals search engines use to judge authority, and Ryze builds them at scale — you don't run any outreach yourself. Find them under **Mentions** in the SEO sidebar, alongside guest posts and press releases. The Mentions page showing guest posts, press, and backlinks ## Where backlinks come from Ryze builds backlinks through three channels: * **Partner network** — Ryze runs a large network of partner sites, which places links back to your pages at volume. This is the main driver — around 100 backlinks a month, with no guest posts or manual outreach required. See [Backlink Exchange](/seo/backlink-exchange). * **Guest post placements** — each placed [guest post](/seo/guest-posts) links back to your site. * **Press syndication** — each [press release](/seo/press) pickup across news outlets is another link. Every link is recorded as a backlink with its anchor text, referring URL, and the page and keyword it points to. ## Tracking authority Beyond the links Ryze builds, it tracks your overall backlink profile from DataForSEO — your **domain rating**, total backlinks, and referring domains over time, so you can watch authority climb as the network does its work. ## Related Placed articles that also earn links.
