# Domains

> Run the app on your own domain and send client emails from your own address.

Clients can open the app and sign in on your own domain, and get emails from your own address instead of Ryze.

Find it under **White Label → Domains** in your organization settings.

  Domains are part of the **Agency** plan. You can connect them before turning white label on; they start working for clients once **Enable white label** is on. See [Branding](/white-label/branding#turn-it-on).

## App domain

Enter the address you want clients to use, for example `app.youragency.com`, and click **Connect**. Ryze shows the DNS record to add at your DNS provider. Some providers can add it for you in one click.

DNS changes usually apply within minutes, sometimes up to 48 hours. Ryze checks automatically, and the card shows **Live** once the domain works. From then on, your branded login page and the links in client emails use your domain.

## Email sender

Enter the address client emails should come from, for example `reports@youragency.com`, and click **Connect**. Add the DNS records shown on the card at your DNS provider. Once the domain is **Verified**, client emails go out from your address.

Until then, emails still carry your branding and come from a Ryze address.

## Change or remove a domain

To switch to a different domain, click **Remove**, then connect the new one. Removing the app domain sends clients back to the Ryze address to sign in; removing the sender sends emails from a Ryze address again, still with your branding inside.

A domain that is never verified is removed automatically after about two days, so it does not block anyone.
