This video shows an earlier version of the app. Today you connect Search Console and your CMS on Integrations (its own item in the sidebar). Keywords and prompts are in SEO → Keywords & Prompts, language, writing and publishing options are in SEO → Preferences, and setup progress and anything that needs your decision are on Home.

Steps

  1. Start the setup chat. Ryze opens it when you first set up SEO. If you left before the end, open Home and click Finish SEO setup under Finish setup.
  2. Enter your website. Ryze reads it and asks Is this you? — click Yes, that’s us, or No, let me fix it to correct what you sell, your industry and your market.
  3. Connect your data. Search Console is required — the chat says Connect Search Console to continue. Connect Google Analytics too if you can, so Ryze sees what converts.
  4. Answer Where should your articles be published? — pick your platform and connect it. If none fits, choose None of these fit: Ryze asks which platform your site is on and hosts your blog on a free Ryze subdomain for now. You can connect your own domain later. See Ryze Hosting.
  5. Answer How should new articles go out? — Publish automatically, or I’ll approve each one.
  6. Optionally add Ryze to Claude and invite your team, then finish the chat.

What happens next

You don’t pick keywords or pages yourself. On Home, Ryze shows each step as it runs: pulling your data, picking keywords, planning mentions, building your content plan and preparing publishing. Your articles then appear in SEO → Content Plan, and When to expect results on Home shows where you are on the timeline.
