Backlinks are links from other sites pointing to yours. They’re one of the strongest signals search engines use to judge authority, and Ryze builds them at scale — you don’t run any outreach yourself. Find them under Mentions in the SEO sidebar, alongside guest posts and press releases.

Where backlinks come from

Ryze builds backlinks through three channels:

• Partner network — Ryze runs a large network of partner sites, which places links back to your pages at volume. This is the main driver — around 100 backlinks a month, with no guest posts or manual outreach required. See Backlink Exchange.
• Guest post placements — each placed guest post links back to your site.
• Press syndication — each press release pickup across news outlets is another link.

Every link is recorded as a backlink with its anchor text, referring URL, and the page and keyword it points to.

Tracking authority

Beyond the links Ryze builds, it tracks your overall backlink profile from DataForSEO — your domain rating, total backlinks, and referring domains over time, so you can watch authority climb as the network does its work.
