Every change goes through Approvals (or “Needs approval” in Claude) before it lands. To start, describe the campaign in chat; new campaigns then go through the platform’s own review (about a business day on Google).

Reports export as PDF (download or send by email) and as a shareable link. Excel/XLSX export isn’t available; for a spreadsheet, ask the agent for the data as a table and paste it into your sheet.
