Connect a platform
1
Open Integrations
Open Integrations in the left sidebar and find the platform’s card — use the Advertising filter or the search box.
2
Click Connect
You’re sent to the platform to sign in. Use the login that has access to the ad accounts you want Ryze to work with, and approve every permission it asks for.
3
Check the card
Back in Ryze, the card shows Connected. There’s no ad account to pick: Ryze sees every ad account that login can reach.
Default accounts and more logins
Click View on the card to:- choose Agent default accounts — the ad accounts the agent works with first when you don’t name one. It can still reach all the others. See Agent default accounts;
- connect another login with Add one more account. With several logins, the card shows how many accounts are connected, and the star marks the primary one. See Connect multiple accounts.
Troubleshooting (all platforms)
- Card shows Reconnect needed — the platform expired or revoked access (password change, permission change, or a teammate reconnecting). Click Reconnect and sign in again.
- An ad account is missing — the login you used doesn’t have access to it on the platform. Ask the account owner to grant access, or connect a login that has it with Add one more account.
LinkedIn Ads
Campaign performance, spend, and audience insights. Follow the common steps and sign in with the LinkedIn login that has access to your ad accounts in Campaign Manager.Microsoft Ads
Campaign performance, spend, and keyword insights from Microsoft Advertising. When you click Connect, Ryze first asks how you sign in to Microsoft Advertising:- Microsoft account — if you sign in to Microsoft Advertising with a Microsoft account;
- Google account — if you sign in to Microsoft Advertising with Google.
