StackAdapt issues API tokens per account, on request — there is no self-serve token page. The token carries your account’s permissions, so Ryze can only touch what your StackAdapt seat can.
Step 1 — Request an API token
1
Contact StackAdapt
Ask your StackAdapt account manager (or support) for a GraphQL API token for your account.
2
Copy the token
StackAdapt sends the token directly. Store it somewhere safe — treat it like a password.
Step 2 — Connect in Ryze
In Workspace Settings → Integrations, click Connect on the StackAdapt card, paste the token into the API token field, and click Continue. Ryze validates the token against your account before saving and shows the account email on the integration card.Troubleshooting
- Token rejected — confirm you received a GraphQL API token (the legacy REST token is being sunset) and that it was copied in full.
- Unauthorized errors after connecting — the token was revoked or rotated on StackAdapt’s side. Request a fresh token and reconnect.
- Missing campaigns or advertisers — the token only sees what your StackAdapt account can; check your seat’s permissions with your account manager.
