Add it as the Remote MCP server URL when setting up the connector. See Connect Ryze to Claude.
  1. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and remove the Ryze connector.
  2. Add it again following Connect Ryze to Claude.
  3. Open a new chat and try again.
Disconnect and reconnect the Ryze connector in Claude, then open a brand-new chat and retry. If it still fails, email support@get-ryze.ai — your account may need proxy access enabled on our side.
  • Make sure the platform shows Connected under Workspace Settings → Integrations.
  • Confirm you connected it in the same workspace you chose when connecting Claude.
  • Start a new chat — newly connected platforms don’t appear in older chats.
No — not without your say-so. Read-only tools just pull data. Write and delete tools can be set to Needs approval, so Claude asks before making any change. See Permissions & Approvals.
Yes. Create a workspace for that client, connect their accounts in it, then connect Claude to that workspace. Each workspace is isolated, so you can manage multiple clients from one Ryze account.
