Connect in Ryze
1
Open Integrations
Go to Workspace Settings → Integrations and find the Microsoft Ads card (use the Advertising filter or the search box).
2
Click Connect
You’re sent to Microsoft Ads to sign in. Use the login that has access to the ad account you want Ryze to work with.
3
Approve access
Approve the permissions Microsoft Ads asks for. Ryze only requests what it needs to read performance data and manage the accounts you choose.
4
Pick the ad account
Back in Ryze, choose the ad account. The card then shows Connected with the account name.
When you click Connect, Ryze asks how you sign in to Microsoft Advertising — with a Microsoft account or with a Google account. Pick the one you actually use; the wrong choice sends you to a login that doesn’t own the ad account.
Connect more than one account
You can connect several Microsoft Ads accounts to the same workspace — click Connect again and sign in with the other login, or pick another account under the same login. Each connection is listed on the card. See Connect multiple accounts.Troubleshooting
- Card shows “Reconnect needed” — Microsoft Ads expired or revoked the access (password change, permission change, or a teammate reconnecting). Click Reconnect and sign in again.
- The account you want isn’t listed — the login you used doesn’t have access to that ad account in Microsoft Ads. Sign in with a login that does, or ask the account owner to grant you access, then reconnect.
- Signed in but no ad account found — you picked the wrong sign-in type (Microsoft vs Google). Disconnect and connect again with the other one.
