Identity — what you sell and how you sound
- What you sell. Your offer, plus your industry. This anchors topic planning, keyword relevance, and the angle of every piece — so a children’s furniture store never gets written up like a generic SaaS.
- Tone of voice. How the brand should sound. Be specific and prescriptive — the agent follows this literally. For example: “Warm and practical — short sentences, plain language, written for busy parents. Avoids corporate enthusiasm, feature-list marketing, and hollow superlatives.”
Visual — colors and fonts
Your brand colors and fonts, which the agent applies to every ad creative it generates. Each color can have a role — Primary, Secondary, Accent, Background, Text or Neutral — so the agent knows where to use it. Logos, product photos and videos don’t live here — upload them to Media in the sidebar, and the agent picks from them before it looks anywhere else. See Media library and AI Ad Creatives.Context — what the agent should always remember
Free-form notes the agent reads before doing anything, in chat and in background work. This is your lever for facts, claims, and guardrails:- Hard facts about your product, pricing, and positioning the AI must get right.
- Claims you can make and ones you must not (legal, medical, compliance).
- Differentiators and proof points you want surfaced.
- Competitors or comparisons to avoid.
- Sources you want cited — industry reports, your own research, authoritative sites in your space — and sources to avoid.
Memory — what the agent has learned
Short facts and rules about your business, one per memory: “Never set a daily budget above $200 without asking”, “campaigns are set up per country”. The agent adds memories itself when you tell it something it should keep in mind next time, and you can Add memory, Edit or Delete any of them. Delete a memory and the agent no longer sees it.Writing rules for articles
Rules that only apply to SEO articles — tone for articles, custom writing instructions (short paragraphs, no em dashes, British spelling), and article examples the writer mimics for structure and style — live in SEO → Preferences → Content. See SEO Preferences. Why it matters
The agents run on this context every single turn — there’s no separate “settings” they forget. Edit the Brand page once and the change shows up in the next article, the next optimization, the next creative. It’s the highest-leverage place in Ryze: a few minutes here changes everything downstream.Brand is per-workspace. If you run multiple workspaces, each one carries its own identity, tone, notes and memories — so a single account can serve very different brands without bleed-over.
