Domains are part of the Agency plan. You can connect them before turning white label on; they start working for clients once Enable white label is on. See Branding.
App domain
Enter the address you want clients to use, for exampleapp.youragency.com, and click Connect. Ryze shows the DNS record to add at your DNS provider. Some providers can add it for you in one click.
DNS changes usually apply within minutes, sometimes up to 48 hours. Ryze checks automatically, and the card shows Live once the domain works. From then on, your branded login page and the links in client emails use your domain.
Email sender
Enter the address client emails should come from, for examplereports@youragency.com, and click Connect. Add the DNS records shown on the card at your DNS provider. Once the domain is Verified, client emails go out from your address.
Until then, emails still carry your branding and come from a Ryze address.
Change or remove a domain
To switch to a different domain, click Remove, then connect the new one. Removing the app domain sends clients back to the Ryze address to sign in; removing the sender sends emails from a Ryze address again, still with your branding inside. A domain that is never verified is removed automatically after about two days, so it does not block anyone.Related
