HighLevel connects with a private integration token from the sub-account that owns your blog. Once connected, programmatic articles publish straight to the HighLevel blog you pick.
HighLevel needs an existing blog in the sub-account. If there is no blog yet, create one in HighLevel first — the connection can’t finish without one to publish to.

Step 1 — Create a private integration token

1

Open Private Integrations

In the HighLevel sub-account, go to Settings → Private Integrations.
2

Create a token with Blogs scopes

Create a token and grant the Blogs scopes (View and Edit Blogs). Copy the token.
3

Find the Location ID

In the same sub-account, go to Settings → Business Profile and copy the Location ID.

Step 2 — Connect in Ryze

In Workspace Settings → Integrations, click Connect on the HighLevel card and fill in:
  • Private integration token — the token you created
  • Location ID — from Business Profile
  • Blog URL — the public URL where your blog posts live, e.g. https://yoursite.com/blog (used to link published articles)
Click Continue, then pick the Blog to publish to. The card shows the blog and location.

Troubleshooting

  • Nothing saves / “couldn’t complete” — the sub-account has no blog, or the token is missing the Blogs scopes. Create a blog and re-create the token with View and Edit Blogs in the same location.
  • “Token does not have access to this location” — the token was created in a different sub-account than the Location ID. Both must come from the same sub-account.
  • Blog URL rejected — it must be a public https:// URL.
