Instantly connects with a v2 API key. Once connected, the agent can report on cold email campaigns, sending accounts, leads, and campaign analytics — and manage campaigns if the key allows it.
Step 1 — Create a v2 API key
In Instantly, go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys → Create and choose v2. Pick the scope:
all:read — reporting onlyall:all — the agent can also manage campaigns
Copy the key.
Step 2 — Connect in Ryze
On the Integrations page, click Connect on the Instantly card, paste the key into API key (v2), and click Continue.
After connecting, start a new chat so the agent picks up the new integration.
Troubleshooting
- Key rejected — make sure you created a v2 key and copied all of it.
- Campaign changes are rejected — the key is scoped to
all:read. Create a key with all:all and connect again.
