Step 1 — Create an API key in Lightspeed
1
Open Developers
In your store’s Back office, go to Settings → Developers → API keys.
2
Create a key
Create a new key with Blogs — read and write access, and copy both the API key and the API secret.
3
Note your shop language code
It’s the language segment in your store URL — for example
en, us, or nl.Step 2 — Connect in Ryze
In Workspace Settings → Integrations, click Connect on the Lightspeed eCom card and fill in:- API key and API secret — from the key you just created
- Shop language code — e.g.
en
Step 3 — Choose the blog
Pick the Blog articles should publish to. The card then shows the blog, cluster, and language.Troubleshooting
- Credentials rejected — check the key has Blogs read/write and that the secret belongs to the same key.
- No blogs listed — create a blog in Lightspeed first (Back office → Content → Blogs), then reconnect.
- Wrong language — the language code must match the segment in your storefront URL; reconnect with the right one.
