Replit has no publishing API. To publish, Ryze signs in to Replit with the login you give it, asks Replit Agent to add the article files to your app, and clicks Republish, the way you would. Your login and password are stored encrypted. This works for apps built and published with Replit, on a .replit.app address or your own domain.
Republish deploys the whole app. Any changes you made in Replit but haven’t published yet go live with the next article.

Before you connect

  • An email and password login. Google, GitHub, X, Apple, Facebook and SSO sign-in don’t work. If you sign in one of those ways, invite a second Replit account that has a password to the app and connect with that one.
  • Two-factor authentication off for that login. If Replit asks for a verification code, the connection is refused.
  • Replit Agent credits. Connecting, each publish batch and each unpublish send a prompt to Replit Agent, and prompts spend your Agent credits.
  • Plan mode off in the Agent chat. Ryze’s prompts ask Agent to change files in the app.
Replit’s free plan can publish, but free deployments expire after 30 days. To keep the site and its articles live, use a paid Replit plan.

Connect in Ryze

1

Copy the project link

Open the app in the Replit workspace and copy the link from the browser address bar. It looks like https://replit.com/@you/YourApp. Don’t use the address of your live site.
2

Open Integrations

In Workspace Settings → Integrations, click Connect on the Replit card.
3

Fill in the fields

  • Project URL — the link you copied
  • Replit email or username — your Replit login
  • Password — the password for that login
4

Click Connect

The dialog shows each step as it happens: Logging in to Replit, Checking your Replit plan and credits, Replit is setting up your blog, then Saving the connection. In our test the first setup took about 8 minutes.

What the setup prompt does

During connect, Ryze sends Replit Agent one prompt that sets up the blog:
  • Articles become JSON files in content/articles/, one file per article.
  • /blogs lists every article, newest first.
  • /blogs/{slug} shows one article, with its title, meta description, cover image and body in the HTML the server returns.
  • Every article is added to your sitemap.xml, and robots.txt points to the sitemap.
  • If your site already has a blog, Agent rewires that blog to read these files and keeps its design. Otherwise it adds a Blog link to the main navigation and styles the pages like the rest of your site.
The prompt asks Agent not to change anything else in the app. Every reconnect sends this prompt again.

How publishing works

Articles go out in the daily publishing window, in batches of up to 5 articles per site. For each batch Ryze:
  1. Attaches the article files and sends one prompt asking Replit Agent to copy them into content/articles/. Agent copies the files as they are and never rewrites the text.
  2. Clicks Republish. A republish takes about a minute or two.
  3. Opens each article on your live site to check that it’s there.
Each article lives at your published site’s address plus /blogs/{slug}. If your app has a custom domain in Replit, Ryze uses it. Otherwise it uses the .replit.app address.

When Replit Agent is busy with your own prompt

Before it sends anything, Ryze checks whether Replit Agent is working on one of your prompts. If it is, Ryze leaves the app alone:
  • Scheduled publishing skips the app and publishes the article on the next nightly run.
  • Publish, Republish or Unpublish from the article page stops with “Replit Agent is working on one of your prompts right now. Try again in a few minutes.”

Republish and unpublish

  • Republish replaces the article file in place.
  • Unpublish sends one prompt that deletes the article file, then clicks Republish.
