Check the connections first
The audit draws on three sources. Missing any one degrades or blocks it:
Confirm each shows a Connected badge in Workspace Settings → Integrations, with no reconnect prompt.
Your store is not publicly reachable
Ryze cannot audit what it cannot crawl.- Password-protected store. Remove the storefront password, or the audit sees nothing.
- Blocked in
robots.txt. Check you are not disallowing broad paths. - Geo-blocking or aggressive bot protection can reject the crawler.
Very large catalogues take longer
A catalogue of tens of thousands of products takes substantially longer than a few hundred. What looks stalled may be running. Check Agent Activity — if entries are still appearing with recent timestamps, it is working. If the last entry is hours old with no completion, it has stopped.Search Console has no data yet
A newly verified property has little history, and Google reports with a 2–3 day delay. If you connected Search Console today, the audit will have thin query data through no fault of its own. Wait a few days and re-run rather than concluding the audit failed. The audit completed but findings look thin
This is usually correct behaviour rather than a failure:- Small catalogue — fewer pages, fewer findings
- Recently audited — a second run finds less because the first shipped fixes
- Genuinely clean site — possible, if less common
What did the last audit find, and when did it run?
Nothing in Agent Activity at all
If no audit entries exist:- Confirm the store connection is live, not just present
- Check permissions — approval settings can hold work
- Check billing is current; suspended billing pauses agent work
